All orders come with individual and unique care guides that are specific to the product(s) that are purchased.

Exchanges & Returns
  • If a product has not started fabrication, been scheduled for delivery, or has been purchased within a 30 day window, then a refund or exchange is available. 
  • If a product was delivered with damages, we will need images of damage and will work to rectify any damages incurred during delivery and will cover those costs as long as we are made aware immediately upon receival of the items.

If there are damages upon receivable, please send images to hello@ground-floor.co so we can further assist you!

Delivery & Lead Times
  • In-Stock: Available for local pick up within 2 - 4 business days at no charge. Local Delivery (Phx Metro) or Nation Wide Deliveries are subject to longer delivery lead times within 1 - 2 weeks and are subject to a delivery fee.
  • Made to Order: We offer all the same delivery options for our made to order products, however, please anticipate a 12- 14 week lead time.
UL Listing Certifications

At request and for an additional charge, we can get products UL Certified prior to delivery. Please account for up to 2 - 4 additional weeks into your products original lead time to process these requests.

Made to Order Requests

If you are interested in having any of our existing products made, with a twist, we can help you with that! You have a handful of Ground Floor Branded selections to pick from when it comes to tile, hardware, fabrics, indoor, outdoor, metals, and more.

We are able to accommodate commercial projects and advise reaching out at least 4 months before your projects furnishing date.
